Brown's is a private run caravan park, situated midway between Scarborough
and Filey and only a short stroll from the picturesque sandy
beach.
All our Holiday Homes are privately owned and for own and family use
only. There is a fully equipped launderette, on-site shop, ample children’s
play area and games room, even our own golf society.
The Scarborough Caravan Site Offers the perfect base for exploring the
North Yorkshire Coast, or simply relaxing in the tranquil surroundings, our beautifully
maintained, level park ensures that you will be in holiday spirits from
the moment you arrive, to the time you leave.
The beautifully maintained grounds and the spotless facilities, coupled
with our location and spectacular views of the coast and the surrounding
countryside makes Browns the first choice for our ever increasing list
of touring regulars. Our static holiday homes are all privately owned with
strictly no sub-letting, promoting a safe friendly environment for both
you and your family. The park is open for holiday home owners from the
beginning of March to the end of November.

yet has managed to keep it's quiet relaxed ambience we feel is so important
for our customers. And being only a 10-minute drive from one of the country's
