The Grove were converted into three cottages for people on holiday wishing
to cater for themselves. These proved so popular that an old coachman's
cottage on the same site was renovated together with the neighbouring
barn. A small bungalow at the rear of The Grove makes up the six holiday
cottages. The heated indoor swimming pool is available throughout the
year.
The Guest House has nine bedrooms , two of which are family rooms, three
are doubles, three twin bedded and one single. All rooms are en-suite
with either bath or shower facility.
Cromer is an ideal base for exploring the beauty and surroundings of
the Norfolk countryside. Within walking distance are the cliffs and golf
course and, not far beyond, the small village of Overstrand and the interesting
geology of the cliffs at Sidestrand. Nearby the market town of Aylsham
hosts a traditional market every Monday morning, which can be a fascinating
experience for visitors hunting for a bargain.
