At Brow Farm we offer bed and breakfast Appleby in a grade II listed barn conversion.
The barn dates from 1769 and has been converted and updated to provide
comfortable, high quality guest accommodation with every room having glorious
views of the Pennines. Self-catering cottage accommodation is also available.

All of our rooms have ensuite facilities (one with bath), are professionally
decorated to a high standard and with central heating throughout. The
bedrooms all have TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and
radio/alarm clocks. The Cottages have.
There is a ground floor twin bedroom, which is suitable for the partially disabled who have difficulty with stairs.
We have a comfortable guest's lounge for relaxation, watching TV or taking in the view.
There is ample off-road parking at the rear of the property.

Brow Farm Location
Brow Farm is conveniently located in the village of Dufton, close to
Appleby-in-Westmorland, this is an ideal location from which to explore
the delights of the Eden Valley and the Northern Pennines, with the Lake
District and Yorkshire Dales within easy reach. The peaceful village has
just one church. This is an excellent area for walking, cycling or just
enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside.
