Active X
If the video does not start immediately and you can see a banner at the top of the page regarding Active X Control this may be stopping you view the video the solution is simple.
Allow Active X Control by right clicking and selecting allow
Windows Media Player
Try downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player
Try to restart your computer
Restarting your computer will refresh the files and folders in Windows and may help to solve the problem you are having.
1. Shut down your PC in the usual way, eg by clicking Start, then Shut Down.2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Turn your PC back on and try to connect again.
Update your computer drivers
Install computer updates or update video driver:

Green Screen On The Video
If the player has a green screen and only the sound can be heard when the video plays. There is a patch available from Microsoft which could help. Video Patch
